What is Osteaoartritis?
Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common type of chronic joint disorder.
A joint is where two bones meet together. Cartilage is the protective tissue that covers the bone ends. With OA, this cartilage breaks down, which causes the bones within the joint to rub together. This causes pain, hardness and many other symptoms.
What causes Osteaoartritis?
The main cause of OA is joint damage. Some other causes of joint damage include:
• past injury, such as cartilage torn
• malformation of joint
• obesity
• poor posture
How is Osteaoartritis treated?
