What causes Ankylosing Spondylitis?
Researchers doesn’t know what triggers AS, but they think it’s tied to combination of genes. Mostly individual with AS have a gene that makes a protein called HLA-B27.

Medications relieves some people with AS. But keeping ourselves active is one of the keys to manage AS.
